Our General Life Coach Foundations Program provides the student with all the tools the student needs to begin a new career as a life coach.
Start earning money as a Life Coach three to six weeks into the program. Personalized assistance from your instructor is included.

- How to begin and end a coaching session
- How to conduct a session
- How to handle limiting beliefs
- How to backward engineer to help a client reach a goal
- How to set powerful and effective goals
- Business Basics, such as
- naming your business
- choosing a specialty
- building your business model
- creating your business card and website
- How to charge and use a client/coach contract

Some people have finished the course in 6 weeks. The usual time to complete it in excellence is 8-12 weeks.
Students are required to coach three people before graduation with self-assessment and instructor feedback. The three clients will need to be made aware they will be recorded for the feedback.
Written exam is given at completion of course. Passing with 75% or more will acquire you a certification from Lifehealthsoul Coaching Schools, the umbrella academy for all the courses at Cosmic Connections.
This program is a pre-requisite for any other coaching program offered.

Spiritual Coaching Program provides a unique educational experience that is tailored to building a healthy spiritual foundation for the individual and their community. The program includes aspects of spirituality that supports each individual's growth. With small class sizes and personalized attention, our students excel as a spiritual leader in their community and personally.

- Creating a Spiritual lifestyle for yourself and others
- Connecting and healing inner child (first for you, then for others)
- What Love and Light means
- Feminine/masculine energy balancing
- Chakra balancing
- Crystal grid building and maintenance for clients
- Holding space for others
- Calling in Sacred Space
- Introduction to divination tools
- Introduction to different faiths /cultures and their celebrations
- Reiki Level 1 included as BONUs to those who do not have a Reiki background
9 months online biweekly (some months three times) with a LIVE instructor to guide YOU through your healing, so that you can guide others through Theirs.
PREREQUISITE: LIFE COACHING FOUNDATIONS
can be a COREQUISITE with instructors' approval
or
can be skipped if you have been a life coach for over 12 months, have shown some progress, and pass the Entrance Admissions Test for life coaches.

Our Programs
At Cosmic Connections, we offer a range of spiritual programs to meet the needs and interests of every student. From single spiritual lessons to full 12-month programs, we have something for everyone. Our programs are designed to be self-guided, challenging, and to have full support from our director, Lu Mira, with weekly or monthly group calls, and 1:1 counseling.
Life Coaching programs is all Lu taught for 5 years, remotely and in person. She developed a Holistic Health Coaching Program and a Spiritual Life Coaching Program at Lifehealthsoul Coaching Schools that she brought to her solo business.
It is the Spiritual Life Coaching program that enjoys most of the popularity and what is highlighted here.

Some programs are hybrid - taught monthly by Lu, and self-study for the rest of the month, some programs are only offered as self-study, and others are taught weekly or bi-weekly by Lu.
